Title I Federal Programs

Oil City Area School District receives funding for a number of federal entitlement programs.  Funds for these programs flow to the district from the federal government through the Pennsylvania Department of Education as formula grants.  The district maintains a Federal Programs/Safe and Drug-Free Schools Advisory Committee, which meets several times throughout the school year to discuss and plan the uses of the federal funds the district receives.  If you would like more information on the district’s federal programs or would like to be a part of the Advisory Committee, please contact:
