English class at OCMS is more than just learning to read and write.  We give students the opportunity to explore through constant inquiry into their own lives and the world around them.  When students leave OCMS they have not only learned the skills necessary for them to be successful academically, but they have also learned how to formulate their opinions and back them up with sound arguments, how to critically explore new ideas, and how to use their writing to influence the world around them.   We understand that parents are crucial in helping their children to be successful in school and we welcome any questions or concerns you have about your child's progress.  You can click on any of the names below to send that teacher an email.
